Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Very helpful people. Saved us money on gas and helped husband with questions about gas our old propane company couldn't be bothered to answer.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Moved to the area 5 years ago and my family suggested Sam Annis & Co for my home propane. I have never run out of propane in the 5 years I have lived here. But I always make sure to pay my bill in a timely manner, so I don't have to worry about running out. They were upfront when I first started and informed me that if my bill is past due, they will not deliver any additional propane until my bill is paid. I totally understand the policy.
Will be adding a shop tank this summer.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Had been using another supplier who was hard to get ahold of and they were happy to fill my tank, but when I had technical questions they didn't really seem to know what they were doing. A friend suggested trying Sam Annis & Company and they were pretty easy to work with. Once I had my account paperwork done they came out checked my system for free and got me on the keep full program where they come out and fill my tank without me having to worry about it. My wife and I are very satisfied.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Friendly and helpful. They have local people who answer your call and you can contact them 24 hours a day. They do close at 4:30p.m. on Fridays in the Winter and 4p.m. on Fridays in the Spring, Summer & Fall. They have it posted on the front door. They evidently have had issues trying to get google to update their hours.
